VENUE: Fabulous Views at Bay and Queen!

The one-time Court Reporters' Office on the 5th floor of OCH overlooks the corner of Queen and Bay and Nathan Phillips Square (including part of New City Hall not seen here). It was one of the best places in from which to view the ceremony celebrating the Raptors' NBA championship. It will need a lot of work to be adapted into a party room -- not least to remove a crudely lowered ceiling which currently cuts off the top of rounded window tops. Unfortunately, it can only be reached by stairs. But the city lights at night all the way to the Canada Life weather tower are stunning. Fortunately, a sink at one end of the room means a bar could probably set up there. Washrooms are also on this level. What a great place this room could be for an evening of celebration!
